Mission Statement
In pursuit of our vision, "Peace through Commerce," SIBC has created a multitude of Impact Consulting initiatives with the mission of cultivating the next generation of leaders to use their acquired skills and knowledge as a force for positive, social change.
Our goal is to grant students opportunities to serve their community and learn more about the intersection of business and social impact after college.

St. Bahkita's provide housing and hospitality for women who are survivors of sexual exploitation; we support that transition by building a community of people of all ages and backgrounds who work together to deepen their understanding of Catholic social principles.

Honduran nonprofit Montaña de Luz is undergoing a transformation from hospice care to family-based foster care. With guidance from McKinsey, students will conduct comparative research to determine how Montaña de Luz can best re-design their fundraising programs, presenting their findings to directors at the end of the semester.
