Honduran nonprofit Montaña de Luz is undergoing a transformation from hospice care to family-based foster care. With guidance from McKinsey, students will conduct comparative research to determine how Montaña de Luz can best re-design their fundraising programs, presenting their findings to directors at the end of the semester.
